Rally at City Hall

Over eighty members — and one very cute dog — rallied in front of City Hall to demand a fair labor contract.

We shared food, stocked up on union apparel, and equipped ourselves with signs. We heard from our own union leaders, from AFSCME leadership across the state, and from an Oregon state senator.

The same day, membership hit 70%.

As much as it was a show of force, the rally was also a celebration.
